Jason Kono joined The Foundation Group after several years of experience selling multi-family properties with Cascade Partners.
At Cascade Partners, Jason spent his first year on a team with the president of the company, completing over thirty transactions.
The following year he became one of the company’s top producing multi-family brokers where his success quickly earned him respect among
competitors and clients alike. Currently as a Vice President at The Foundation Group, Jason leads a team comprised of two other brokers.
Collectively in the last three years, they have closed close to 100 transactions and are rapidly approaching $100,000,000 in volume.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry Jason spent four years at a national marketing company where he rose through the
ranks to district manager responsible for recruiting, training and managing a sales force of nearly forty representatives. Jason
attended college at the University of Colorado and is currently pursuing further industry education through the University of
Washington’s Commercial Real Estate Program and attainment of the coveted CCIM designation. Jason also manages and is part owner of a
fourteen unit apartment building on Capitol Hill.
When not in the office Jason spends his summers golfing and boating. During the fall and winter his free time is devoted to Seahawks games and skiing.
