Reggie Harris has managed and operated his own family's real estate investments
bringing a unique and deep understanding of his client’s individual investment
portfolios. His personal and formal training in marketing and management provides each of his clients the piece of mind and assurance that their investments will be
professionally marketed, professionally managed and their profits maximized. Reggie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has a Masters in Management. For seven years, Reggie worked in the Management division at Qwest Communication as a Project Manager. From there, Reggie accepted a position as Operations Manager at
Professional Equity Venture Corporation, a family run real estate investment company. His responsibilities included managing all the day-to-day property management
business, portfolio asset management/growth/valuation and overall operational
management. Reggie oversaw the successful divestiture of the multi-million dollar
portfolio implementing a marketing strategy that realized a 20% higher market value than forecast. Reggie became a Research and Investment Analyst for Scott Real Estate Investments in Seattle and a licensed commercial real estate agent specializing in
apartments. Coupled with his formal training and experience, his deep understanding of the dynamic and complex Puget Sound investment market provides his clients the ability to maximize their own real estate investments.
