Candice Chevaillier, CCIM, brings the deep local knowledge of Seattle’s In-City Apartment market to create investment strategies for her clients. Leveraging her formal training in marketing, she achieves top dollar on disposition by creating exemplary promotional campaigns for the subject property or portfolio. All the while, she ensures the transition into a new investment is smooth and directly aligned with her clients’ objectives.

After completing a Master’s Degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising in Europe, Candice began her professional career with Anderson Consulting, now Accenture. She focused on Change Management consulting, working with people to get comfortable with shifting business environments. She then joined a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, called Avanade. There, she lead targeted global marketing campaigns using print and web mediums.

Marcus & Millichap hired her to work with the top producing broker in the Seattle office, from where she branched off to create a business focused on In-City apartment brokerage. After showing her ability to brand herself and establish a clear commitment to the In-City apartment business, she was invited to join The Foundation Group as a principal. She has earned a Broker’s License and her CCIM designation.
