Chris Darnell brings several years of experience in commercial real estate sales to The Foundation Group, representing both buyers and sellers in complex transactions. Before joining The Foundation Group, Chris worked in Product Development with a national firm where he coordinated the efforts of seven different departments to assure timely and seamless product ideation, development, production, and delivery. In commercial real estate he has found a surprising application for his management skills where, like the hub at the center of a wheel, it is a successful agent who sees that all of the "spokes" of  the wheel, from buyer, to seller, to lender, inspector title/escrow, environmental analyst, development teams, etc., come together to help assure timely and successful transactions. Being an owner of multifamily properties, Chris fully understands the perspective of the landlord and diligently works to ensure his clients are receiving the maximum benefit of property ownership.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys running, soccer, skiing, and is looking forward to learning to sail this summer.
