John Downing, CCIM, was a founding partner in Westlake Associates Commercial Realtors in Seattle since 1975, and has been a founding principal in The Foundation Group. He has a vast knowledge of Commercial Investment Property Brokerage as well as over $500,000,000 in completed transactions. He also manages over $75,000,000 in commercial real estate.

John is a graduate of the University of Washington's Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program and has been awarded the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) by the Realtors National Marketing Institute. This designation is earned upon completion of a graduate level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM's are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
